Process

Join us for a personalised design consultation either in our showroom or in your home to measure the space.

We start by gaining an understanding of your unique design style to create a personalised design that enhances both functionality and aesthetics to suit your needs.

After your design consultation, our team can create plans and 3D concepts for you.
Along with these, you’ll receive a proposal that outlines your initial selections and the associated costs.

We understand how important it is to stick to a budget. Whenever possible, we’ll offer different pricing options and suggest additional / alternate features that could enhance your project.

Once you are ready to move forward with the proposal, we will arrange a showroom appointment for you to confirm your final material selections and inclusions.

Based on your final selections & concepts, a joinery contract will be prepared. On signing the contract you will be required to pay a 10% deposit.

After your contract & deposit is finalised, we will conduct an on site check measure.
This can be done once framework is complete (prior to plasterboard).

Following the check measure, we’ll create production drawings for your final approval, including detailed plans and elevations. These will guide the manufacturing process. At this point any questions or changes should be raised.

Upon approval of production drawings we will begin manufacture of your new joinery.

We will liaise with you throughout this process with updates and any requirements that arise. We’ll only be a call away should you have any questions.

Generally installation will occur 6-8 weeks from approval of plans.* Installation will take place over a day or two.

Should your project have stone, our stonemason will conduct a check measure after installation. Typically stone will be installed 10-14days after check measure.
